* As an Evegrocer merchant, SRP with Evegrocer and published rates should be the same.

* Co-branding initiatives are encouraged.

* Terms are consignment, upon the launch of the mutli vendor platform all merchants will have their own storefront at Evegrocer platform.

* Products will be displayed at the Evegrocer shop at least 5pcs per item, no storage fees are being implemented for now.

* Merchants should comply with our sustainability advocacy, the use of one time used plastic packaging is discouraged. You may use glass bottles, craft re sealable pouches.

* Evegrocer margin is at least 20% to cover free deliveries, storage costs, dealer commissions

* Please take note of the expiration dates, please coordinate for promotions. You make pick up the expired items if not sold

* Customer complaints pertaining to the product quality should be answered by the merchant
* All agreement between EveGrocer and Merchant are confidential, this terms and conditions also serves as non disclosure agreement
